John entered the financial services industry in 1988 and became a director of Paramount Wealth Management in 1991. John's industry qualifications obtained include:

- Lifewriter Training Courses for Personal, Business & Disability Insurance
- Fellow of the Association of Financial Advisers
John specialises in working with retirees, addressing issues such as construction and management of retirement income streams as well as co-ordination with entitlements from Centrelink or Veterans Affairs, where applicable.
John is also responsible for management of Paramount's Human Resources and Business Administration issues and is a member of our product research and portfolio construction team.

Wayne Leggett CFP JP

A financial adviser since 1979, Wayne became a Director of Paramount in 1996. Wayne has acquired the following professional qualifications:
Wayne is a regular presenter at industry conferences and is a regular industry commentator for the media.
Wayne was recently made a Fellow of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and was runner-up in the Money Management magazine Financial Planner of the Year Award for 2008.
Wayne specialises in the provision of advice to the portion of our client base still firmly entrenched in the accumulation phase of their financial lives and deals with issues such as debt restructuring, tax effective investing and debt reduction, superannuation and personal protection and personal cashflow management.
Wayne acts as Marketing Director for Paramount and, as such, is responsible for any issues involving Paramount's profile in the outside world.

Vaughan has been involved in accounting and small business for more than 20yrs. He joined Paramount in May 2005 and became a Director in July 2007. Vaughan has acquired the following professional qualifications:
With his accounting qualifications, Vaughan specialises in the provision of advice and assistance to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as well as establishment and management of Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). Vaughan is accredited as an SMSF Specialist Advisor by the SMSF Professionals' Association of Australia (SPAA).
Vaughan is Chief Financial Officer for Paramount and, with John, manages product research and selection and portfolio construction.

Denise Naughton
Business Manager/Financial Controller
Having spent her entire working life in the financial services industry, Denise has been part of the Paramount team since March 1993. Denise's primary responsibilities involve managing all aspects of the business not directly related to client issues. However, Denise is often called upon to provide additional resources to the client service aspects of the business.

Vicki Davies

Vicki originally commenced working with Paramount when she first joined the workforce in 1994. After several roles in the financial services industry, Vicki became a flight attendant and is still currently employed in that role. However, the nature of her shifts means she is able to work for Paramount in a part-time capacity. Her experience makes her an invaluable resource, particularly in the area of client service.

Patricia Wheatley

Although a recent addition to the Paramount team, Trish, who joined us in November 2008, brings with her a wealth of industry experience, having entered the financial services industry straight out of school.
Trish is executive assistant and client liaison for both John & Vaughan and will be the one to speak to with regards to administrative issues involving either of them.

The youngest and newest member of our line-up, Renae, who commenced with the firm in February 2009, comes to us with 8 years experience in office administration, both within financial services and elsewhere.
Renae is employed as executive assistant and client liaison for Wayne and is your first point of contact for any administrative queries involving Wayne.

Following the establishment of our own in-house accounting division in October, 2009, in partnership with Danae, a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience, including forensic accounting, and who, up to now, has been running her own practice, we are now able to attend to all your accounting and taxation requirements.
